An Ancestral Embrace—My home stands as a living memorial to the exceptional women who sculpted my life—my momma, my auntie and my mother-in-law—Sissy, Shirley & Sanata. My three guest rooms so named in their honor are immersive experiences draped in deep, resplendent Afrocentric textures. My decor is a visual symphony of rich patterns and color palettes, guarded by brilliant portraits and commanding wood-carved masks that transform my home into a living gallery.

Immersive Artistry—Prepare to be transported! Every space is designed to delight and inspire. Disconnect to reconnect in my screen-free sanctuary (you will find no televisions in my guest rooms). Retreat to the comfy-cozy morning room, the grand dining room, living room galleria, or the sun-drenched backyard private deck. Indulge in dreamy sunsets from my front balcony, and on select nights, watch pyrotechnic spectacles bloom over the Potomac River at National Harbor.

Exclusive Dining Experiences—Elevate your visit with reservation-only Themed Brunch, Dinner, or Tea Party experiences—perfect for intimate gatherings of 6 to 10 guests. Whether you are an international explorer, a business traveler, a remote worker, a mom/caregiver requiring refuge, or a couple seeking romantic escape near National Harbor, MadlyGiving Bed & Breakfast offers a unique indulgent experience found nowhere else.

ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE

• One Or All Three Guests Rooms — Standard size, eloquently appointed with queen-size beds, goose down-stuffed duvet comforters, soft bamboo sheets, 100% cotton towels, plush fleece bath robes, welcoming toiletry trays, plus 2.5 baths

• Kitchen — Access to full kitchen—except, cooking on the stove top is not permitted—and guests are fully responsible for cleaning up after themselves. NOTE: Breakfast Options—Are available, but NOT included in room rate! Though, you have breakfast options, please let me know in advance, if you require breakfast?  All Breakfast/Dining Experiences—except Help-Yourself Continental—Available at Additional Charge By Reservation Only!

• Morning/TV Room — As there are no TVs in my guest rooms, this room is cozy and comfortable and in the mornings, put your feet up and sip a cup of coffee in the warmth of the morning sun

• Formal Dining/Meeting Room — Fit for grandeur, comfortably serves up to 10 guests (seated) for one of my 5-Star Private Dining Experiences—at charge by reservation only

• Living/Drawing Room Galleria — Warm and inviting with master chess table, games and lots of nostalgic photos and African-American history

• Outdoor Balcony/Deck — Private backyard deck great for dining, napping or just basking in the warmth of the sun and scenic front balcony with gorgeous sunsets, views of National Harbor, MGM, Woodrow Wilson Bridge and across the bridge into Alexandria, VA, not to mention, random fireworks display off the banks of the Potomac River at National Harbor

Accommodations include breakfast options, central air/heat, high-speed internet, in-room ceiling/fan, bathrobes, towels, toiletries, iron/board, hair dryer and an unexpected joy & peace. NOTE: $150 Cleaning Fee applies with all full-house reservations or dining experiences.
